Estela maldonado
CEO, Paralegal, Bookkeeper, DOT Compliance Specialist, Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent, Credit Repair Specialist, Interpreter
Estela has a wealth of experience in the dental, paralegal, loan, bookkeeping, interpretation, DOT compliance, and credit repair industries, with over 25, 16, 15, 10, 10, 10, and 10 years of experience, respectively. She has completed her latest background check in November 2022, and her current notary commission expires on March 31, 2026. Estela is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has received additional training in various areas of law, including family law, business law, immigration law, intellectual property law, bankruptcy law, entertainment law, and estate planning law. Estela is originally from Washington D.C. and has roots in Spain and Bolivia. In her free time she enjoys baking and learning new things on TikTok.
Rosemary Pichardo
Senior Immigration Paralegal, Notary Public, Interpreter
Rosemary is an incredible asset to MAAPS. With over 16 years of immigration experience, her knowledge and expertise in immigration is unmatched. Her fluency in Spanish and English allows her to connect with people at their level in the language that is fluent for them. Rosemary resides in Washington, D.C., but she enjoys traveling to Dominican Republic and keeping up with the latest fashion trends.
Britani Jimenez
Senior Civil Rules and Procedures Paralegal
Britani joined the MAAPS paralegal team with a solid background in family law. Residing in New York, she is currently a student at Hostos Community College. Having Dominican Republic heritage, Britani is fluent in both Spanish and English. She balances her academic pursuits with her passion for family, especially spending time with her younger sister. She very much enjoys the dynamic, lively energy of New York City.
Xavier Lewis
Junior Bookkeeper, Notary Public, Business Paralegal, Interpreter
Xavier is an indespensable addition to MAAPS. Having knowledge and training in Accounting and Business Law, Xavier is also fluent in Spanish and English. In the heart of Richmond, VA, Xavier is currently enrolled at VCU – majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. In his free time, he heavily involves himself in student organizations, and is passionate about improving the communities around him.
Sal Bedawy
Civil Rules and Procedures Paralegal, Interpreter, Process Server
Sal serves as the a Civil Rules and Procedures Paralegal, Interpreter, and Process Server for the MAAPS team. With a strong background in legal processes and multilingual communication, he plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, effective service of process, and clear interpretation for clients and team members alike. His attention to detail and dedication make him an integral part of MAAPS’s mission.
DAHMANI ALLEYNE
Criminal Justice and Civil Rules and Procedures Paralegal, Interpreter
Dahmani serves as a Criminal Justice and Civil Rules and Procedures Paralegal for the MAAPS team. Based in the Virginia Beach area, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University, concentrating in Crime Scene Investigation. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Dahmani brings strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a detail‑oriented approach to his work. He has a growing passion for immigration law and is committed to supporting clients with care and cultural understanding. Outside of his professional role, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his line brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Natalie CRawford
Social Media Marketing Manager
Natalie graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She is passionate about storytelling, digital media, and creating meaningful connections through communication. With experience in social media strategy and content development, she brings a thoughtful, creative approach to every project she takes on. Natalie’s strong communication skills and fresh perspective make her a valuable contributor to the MAAPS team. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys exploring new foods and traveling, having recently visited London and Italy.
