Does Virginia allow maaps to translate and help me complete my immigration forms?
Code of Virginia indicates on their website the following regarding Prohibitions for Notarys:
"....This ... does not preclude a notary who is duly qualified, trained, or experienced in a particular industry or professional field from ..., drafting, completing, ..... a document or certificate related to a matter within that industry or field"
Can a paralegal or notary public advise me on what form to fill out or what i should do in my case?

will USCIS allow you to translate and help me complete my immigration forms?
USCIS indicates on their website the following regarding Non-Attorneys:
"Someone who is not an authorized immigration service provider is only allowed to: Read you the form; Translate, either verbally or in writing, information from your native language to English or English to your native language; and write down information that you provide to complete the form.Anyone is allowed to give you this type of limited help, and may charge for it."
